Copy local profiles
Copy to where?
Robocopy could be used to copy, wbadmin us a backup tool......
Would copying the c:\users directory suffice? Or you could save yourself some time if you can identify exactly what you want (desktop? favourites? My documents?)
Thanks . Is there a free software
Wbadmin and robocopy are both available on the systems.

Is this a personal or multi system/multiuser type of situation?
You could try using ForensIT User Migration Wizard:https://www.forensit.com/domain-migration.html
