Have comment visible in Word 2010 but not printed

We need to place instructions (in comments) in a 2010 word document for the users to follow but don't want it printed.  If comments cannot be deleted from print, can we use images or some sort of way to have the instruction in the document but not printed?

Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You could try a simple VBA macro like this which creates a new document from the active document. It  deletes all the comments from the new document, prints it and then closes it unsaved.
Sub PrintWithoutComments()
    Dim doc As Document
    Dim com As Comment
    Set doc = Documents.Add(ActiveDocument.FullName)
    For Each com In doc.Comments
    Next com
    doc.Close wdDoNotSaveChanges
End Sub
