Cannot search in Outlook Web and Outlook

Hi People,

I have an Exchange 2013 standand alone installation. And since January, cannot search emails in Outlook Web and Outlook.
What could I do?

Could you check if the index shows healthy.

Run the following command:

Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus *

Hi Mart,

You need to rebuild the index.

-Stop the “Microsoft Exchange Search service” and the “Microsoft Exchange Host Controller.”
- Delete the Existing CI catalog folder
- Start both services again
