When replacing the tray 2 separation roller, I cannot get the roller to snap into place on the bushing. &nbsp;This is allowing the roller to float and causing multiple pages to be picked up when printing. &nbsp;Can anyone provide any guidance here?

When replacing the tray 2 separation roller, I cannot get the roller to snap into place on the bushing.  This is allowing the roller to float and causing multiple pages to be picked up when printing.  Can anyone provide any guidance here?
