Toshiba Net Server

We have a Toshiba Net Server (phone system) that we took over from another company but we are not familiar at all with this system.
Right now they have a DID and a toll free number that rings into one specific phone and if that person doesn't answer there is a hunt group (or something similar) that will then ring the next phone. (haven't found the hunt group yet either)

What we want to do is change the first phone that rings but I haven't found where to do that. So instead of person A getting all the calls first we want them to go to person B.

Does anyone have any experience with this system? eManager is V5.20B12Cx86
