Install SSL for a website with cPanel

I am using cPanel for website management and wanted to install SSL for my site. However, the process to install SSL seems to be too complex as I had to do many steps to finish installing SSL. I am wondering if there is an easiest way to install SSL with cPanel with minimum configurations? Please assist...

Thanks!

Either you did something wrong, or you are using a very VERY old version of cPanel.

The process is very simple,
you go to the SSL/TLS section.
You generate a private key and a CSR.
You send the CSR to a CA and pay the fee
Once you get the certificate from the CA, you open the CRT file in notepad, and copy the content into the "Certificate" part of the SSL/TLS section (just make sure you have the right key selected)
and that's it..
Hi, Oliver Jones

Were you able to resolve your issue?
Do you require any further assistance?

I think the process you have mentioned are just the pointers outlined. I needed some details regarding installation of SSL.
