Drawing lines in the report details

Hi Experts

Is there a way to insert some lines in the details section of  the report like the attached income statement.

Just draw a line in the top of your group footer and it will appear just fine....if you share a small sample it would be easy to show it...

From the attached document, try placing a line at the top of your Group Footer section, above your group totals.  For the overall report totals, place one line above the totals textboxes, and two lines below in the report footer section.

because of the way this report is organized, I would assume that you have groupings by some field.

What I would do in this case is ensure that the group footers are visible, and insert the line at the top of the group footer, with totals textboxes right below the lines, in the columns where they belong.  To do this, your record source might look like:
SomeField Next Field Value1 Value2
Net profit from transactions with financial Gains from transactions with financial 36121 49168
Net profit from transactions with financial Losses from transactions with financial 1109 6588
Net profit / (loss) from interest Interest Income 10582 7
Net profit / (loss) from interest Interest Expense 2132 973

In your report, you would create a group on the "SomeField" field, but instead of putting the control which displays that value in the group header, you would put it in the footer, along with unbound textboxes which have formulas in the ControlSource properties which look like:  =Sum([Value1]   and =Sum([Value2]).  Then just draw a line from left to right above those textboxes in the footer.
