Hp printer 8620 error

Try removing and replacing the ink cartridges. I assume you know that the cartridges have ink in them. After you have done this, turn the printer off, unplug the AC connection at the back, wait 15 seconds, plug the AC connection back in and start up the printer.

If this does not work, you would need to get it serviced.
