What is the best software/ app/ tool to use for testing intermittent WiFi over several days

Hi,

We are looking for something that will track the WiFi outages that have been occurring over the last few weeks.

Ideally, we would like to download some type of software/ app or tool that would best be used for testing intermittent WiFi connection.

It should be easy to use this software/ app or tool to see exactly what time and day the WiFi connection was lost or reduced and how much times it occurs.

We will have a Windows 10 laptop setup to be on for 3 days and nights straight or more running this tool as to test the WiFi connection and when it drops.

What would be the best software/ app/ tool to use for testing intermittent WiFi over several days?

Hi,

Thanks for your offered solutions.

For the software, InSSIDer, I have tested using it to test our WiFi signal.

I can see graphs which display the signal our WiFi has.

1. How do I track back through the history for the WiFi tests, e.g. if the test was running for two days, I would like to check how the WiFi was at 3:00pm the first day
2. Is their a way of recording the WiFi tests. I have tried exporting and opening the file but the file is WSX and is not easy to open

With Site24x7, is it possible to do the above 2 tasks, i.e. track history and record last fews days WiFi reports?
