Paste an Image from clipboard in Skype For Business on OSX ?

I'm using Skype For Business 16.13.184 on Mac OS 10.13.2

We are testing out Skype for Business with our Office 365 Business Premium license and the first thing I noticed is I cannot paste an Image from the clipboard into the chat. I can Attach an Image, but thats more work if I'm sending screen shots.   Seems to work on Windows.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi Scott,

I don't see this as a Known Issue in Mac OS and it is a normal function in Windows:

I'd call Microsoft to resolve.

Have you confirmed drag/drop function is working in other apps, if not see here to resolve:

I can have both the Skype for Business app and the normal Skype app open, take a screen shot, and paste into the normal Skype, but can't paste into Skype For Business. So it is not an issue on the Mac.

Skype and Skype for Business are completely separate products, with separate functions. Albeit core functions seem to be similar and they are unfortunately named similarly but that is it.

Skype for Business  is just their junky renamed Lync that they started to adjust to be more Skype like.  Lync has always sucked on the Mac and like most of Microsoft offerings, missing features when used on the Mac.
