Dell Optiplex 3050 is not detecting 2nd monitor

Your statement doesn't make sense.  First you say both monitors display and then you say the second monitor is not detected.

It sounds like you are cloning the displays and the second monitor is being detected.  What you need to do is go into the display settings and "extend" your screen to the second monitor.

When I go to display setting it only shows one monitor not 2.  So it is not detecting the 2nd monitor.

I will install them

I purchased  a displayport to DVI cable.  Installed the Radeon drivers and it is still not showing 2 monitors in the display settings.

When I installed the drivers, I was prompted to extract or install.  I chose install, but never saw anything happen.  I am going to search for a different driver.
