HI,

Regarding to this: 2018-01-23 08:38:19 XXXX56025 XXXX443 HTTP/1.1 RPC_IN_DATA /rpc/rpcproxy.dll?XX.XXcom:6001 - 1 Timer_EntityBody DefaultAppPool

DefaultAppPool" is used by the RPC virtual directory that you can check IIS..so it is normal.

About this log: 2018-01-23 09:23:15 XXXX64944 XXXX 443 HTTP/1.1 POST /EWS/Exchange.asmx - 1 Connection_Dropped MSExchangeServicesAppPool

EWS/Exchange.asmx is how Outlook communicates with the Client Access Server. Exchange Web Services is an http-based protocol.

Do you have any impact in the client side?

Cheers

can u make out any error
Hi,

This kind of logs,..it is normal, it does not mean you have any problem.

The first regarding DefaultAppPool" is used by the RPC virtual directory that you can check IIS..so it is normal.

I monitor the errors in Event Viewers but the details regarding connection, it do not mean there are any error..it is normal connection process.

Cheers

ASKER

can it be  EWS (Exchange Web Service), trying to get free/busy information from exchange. Then IIS was becoming unresponsive
