I have to write a program to read the scanned QR codes from mobile and direct it to website or a specific URL location.

When I run test.html it asks for flash plugin.

I'm sorry but it's not clear at all what the problem could be. Which data there is in the QR code? What is the relation between the QR codes, their data and the url you want to open? Are WE codes created by you or by a third part? Is the program you want to write a hybrid app or a native one?
