Grouping Ms Access

Grouping Ms Access

Hi
Sorry to bother you again, I’m again stuck on the final grouping on my balance sheet, what I want is as follow:

•      Fixed Assets +Current assets = Total assets (65000 + 105443) = 170443
•      Liabilities + capital + Profit & loss = Total Liabilities and capital ( 30434+65000+75009) = 170443
Kindly see my attached balance sheet for reference.

Regards

Chris

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sorry I'm not at home now to upload the report itself but here is the sketch below:

(1) Each section of the balance sheet is group by code balance type code, for example:
 -  200 =  Fixed asset ( That is the reason why you are seeing the fixed asset separate as per attached balance sheet)
 -  201 =  Current asset ( This grouped together with all those accounts assigned with this code)
 -  202 =  Current liabilities ( All accounts assigned with this code are grouped here)
 -  203 =  Capital  ( All capital related accounts are grouped here)

All what I'm asking whether it is possible to insert a control within the details to sum up ( Fixed Assets + Current Asset) and ( Current liabilities + capital)

I do not want to use sub reports
