texting a mp3 file

i have an mp3 file on my computer.  How would I get it to my iphone and then text it to an android phone so they can play it out of their message app?

iPhones can't get the mp3 unless it's added through iTunes. Getting it to Android, you don't need the iPhone, On the computer, use some file sending website (wetransfer) or any other sharing site (Google Drive etc) and send the link to the Android. Android can save files to the phone memory or sd card (no need for the message app)
