I have a client who is using Publisher 2016. When we click on Insert&gt; Online Pictures&gt;, &nbsp;we get the option for Bing Web Search and One Drive.<br />

We select bing search, find the picture we want to insert &nbsp;( jpg, or png) and select insert. A convert to file dialog pops up. &quot;Says convert file from&quot; and has a list of formats. No matter what format I choose I get an message &quot;&nbsp;an error occurred while importing this file.&quot;<br />

&nbsp;This feature works file for other users. I don't see any difference in their setup.
