I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I'm assuming that the PC is a system on a domain? Have you tried removing it from the domain and joining again?

No I have not- I will be giving it a try

Ok I was able to remove the PC from the Domain and I re added it the user still had errors- I went back to the user and found additional info

I was told that the             Scheduled Task on the computer  will not run in batch mode, only if I am logged in at the same time. (I ran today’s reports manually for Chris.)

When testing files on the network drive, I see this warning:

Open File – Security Warning
We can’t verify who created this file.
Any ideas?
If you use Explorer to view the details of a file, you should be able to find out who the owner is.

Here is a command you can use:
wmic path Win32_LogicalFileSecuritySetting where Path="C:\\windows\\winsxs" ASSOC /RESULTROLE:Owner /ASSOCCLASS:Win32_LogicalFileOwner /RESULTCLASS:Win32_SID
