asked on exchange 2003 with exchange 2010 in co existence
I want to get rid of exchange 2003 in my environment so that i can upgrade to exchange 2013
In exchange 2003 there is an option in system manager. under administrative group-->server-->servernam
i right clicked and enabled form based authentication.
If i remove that tick exchange services do not work. This includes all exchange services owa, ews, autodiscover, ecp, oab,activesync. What can i do to get rid of exchange 2003

I am agree with Ronin. Migrate Exchange 2003 to 2010 and then Decommissioning Exchange Server 2003 will be better task.
