AM USING ASUS ZENPAD 10 .. I FORGOT MY PASSEORD
AM USING ASUS ZENPAD 10 .. I FORGOT MY PASSEORD.. AM TRYING TO DO HARD RESET MY PAD ..BUT IF I PRESS POWER AND VOLUME UP KEY ITS SHOWING FAST BOOT ENABLED HOLD POWER BUTTON FOR 10 SECONDS TO REBOOT .. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS ...THANK YOU

Try turning Fast Boot Mode off in the BIOS. Instructions given on this page may help;

Then try resetting back to Factory Defaults as suggested above.
