To correct display a Print dialog box with Printer selection and Properties, use the following code:

    Private Sub Print_File_Click(sender As Object, e As EventArgs) Handles Print_File.Click
        Dim popen As New PrintDialog
popen.PrinterSettings.Copies  = <num of copies>
popen.PrinterSettings.PrintRange = <print range>
popen.PrinterSettings.Duplex= <duplex settings>
End Sub
