Checking status of .NET 3.5 on Windows 10

I do not thing .NET Framework 3.5 was install by Visual Studio 2017, so I need to check which version are installed. Where do I look for that?

And how do I explicitly install .NET 3.5?

through control panel -> turn windows features on and off

Install the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8
