Blue Screen Error - Debugging

Good afternoon.  I am having an issue with a computer running Windows 7 with the specific error:

Problem signature:

Problem Event Name:                         BlueScreen

OS Version:                                          6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48

Locale ID:                                             1033

Additional information about the problem:

BCCode:                                               9f

BCP1:                                                    0000000000000003

BCP2:                                                    FFFFFA803672A7D0

BCP3:                                                    FFFFF800048073D8

BCP4:                                                    FFFFFA8032910870

OS Version:                                          6_1_7601

Service Pack:                                       1_0

Product:                                               256_1

Files that help describe the problem:

C:\Windows\Minidump\012518-13322-01.dmp

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-953696-0.sysdata.xml

The files are attached.  I attempted to use a BlueScreenView on the dmp file and came up with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE caused by the ntoskrnl.exe driver.  After reviewing online though, it appears the debugging can go deeper than that.  Any help is appreciated, I have uploaded the error files.  I'm just looking to narrow down the driver in question.

Thank you.

Thank you for the descriptive and useful help.  Hopefully this will help resolve this users very sporadic issue.
You're welcome.
if it's not solved yet, why accept it already?
This is all the information I was asking for at this point in time.  The issue affected the user once every 6 months or so, will be hard to report back on whether it is still failing.
That error has clearly mentioned in that .dmp (WinDbg) file and if you search  "iusb3hub.sys and Blue screen" you will assist to update / reinstall that driver.
tx for feedback
Ramin, i'm not doubting your solution, i only asked why it was so quickly accepted; when not solved
