Meeting invitation emails disappearing after accept/reject? Outlook 365

Got a weird one here - it doesn't happen for me but I have some users and when they receive a meeting invitation and accept/reject it, that email disappears...is that a setting and if so, where is it? Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In Outlook, this is found under the File tab. Click Options, then Mail, and scroll down to the Send messages section. Uncheck the box next to Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding

Ah, excellent. Does that option synchronise across the app and OWA version as well? thanks

dear agwalsh,

What version of the app and what version of Exchange for the OWA question?

I believe these options should be available in the app and on OWA,  but I rekon it doesn't synchronise but cannot be sure.

Give me the required information and I will do my best to answer your question.

Kind Regards

Justin
