In our organization, we already have all faxes coming in as emails. &nbsp;I would like to arrange the following process: fax comes in as email, gets redirected to a group of receptionists, one receptionist forwards the message to the correct recipient, then the message is removed from all other receptionists' mailboxes since it is &quot;handled&quot;. &nbsp;Is this at all possible with Exchange Online?
