Migrate Sharepoint 2013 On-Premise to SharePoint Online?

We have an On-Premise Sharepoint 2013 server with 5 Root level Sites.  With Sharepoint Online I need to consolidate the sites under the /sites/ folder.
team.companyA.com
team.companyB.com ...
team.companyE.com

tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/comapanyA/
tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/comapanyB/ ...
tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/comapanyE/

I've seen how to Export and Import Document Libraries, though not an Entire site with all of its Lists/Apps .

I Tried to Save a Site as a Template and include content, though when creating lists it could not create attachment folders. Then I tried to Save a List as a Template,  When I Exported a List As a Template from one site and imported it to a /Sites/Company/department/list the Lists has references to SiteAssets that are still referencing /department/siteassets  from the old site.

What is the Best way to Migrate the sites from the On-Premise 2013 server to SharePoint Online?   Doing this List by List is going to take a month or more, there has to be a better way...

Thanks!

You can do export document libraries from the On-Premise 2013 server to SharePoint Online with the help of the Kernel Migrator for SharePoint software. Go through https://www.nucleustechnologies.com/sharepoint-migration to check software and its process to migrate documents successfully.

Microsoft has a free migration tool (and other resources) that may help you:

Good luck...

You had my hopes up... That is not really a Sharepoint Site migration too. It is a Sharepoint Document Library migration tool.
Its a fine tool to Migrate a Document Library, though I need to migrate the entire site. Every List that has been created needs to be migrated to the new on-line sharepoint site.

going from WSS 3.0 to SP2010, then to SP2013 involved migrating the entire DB file on the SQL Servers. Though with Sharepoint online I cant do that and I need ALL of the content for all of the 5 Main sites.

oops, wrong tool

Sharegate makes a really good migration tool, but it cost a few thousand dollars. It works well though.

Good luck...

That is also for Document Libraries.

So far Kernel Migrator for SharePoint software for $200 has been Great!  there are some Navigation Bar Issues when going from team.domain.com to tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/domain. But so far I'm happy.

Metalogix Essentials for SHarePoint O365 is terrific - I use is heavily  - but over 2K I believe - was developed by Metavis, Inc Metalogic purchased Metavis to get this tool as their other stuff required server admin access to use them.
This took doesn't require ANYTHING on the server - works entirely client based.  You don't even need admin rights on your workstation to install it!
