Windows 10 - Dual Monitors - cannot move Mouse to right hand monitor

Hi Experts,

I am running Windows 10 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 tablet.
I have a Surface Dock with Dual Monitors.
I'm getting images on both monitors - but my Mouse is constrained within the left hand monitor, so I cannot use the mouse on the right hand monitor.

Regards,
Leigh

Try going to the opposite side of the screen (both left and right) and see if you can move your mouse onto the other monitor. I think this will be an issue with the way you've setup your dual monitors in Windows 10. Ensure multiple displays has been set to "Extend" or similar.  I don't have dual monitors setup on Windows 10 at the moment to test.

Have you checked if the monitors are flipped flopped.
Left is right and right is left.

ASKER

Thanks, Andrew.

I had earlier tried going to the opposite side of the screen (both left and right) to no avail.

But after reading your comment, I discovered that I could move the mouse freely between screens - without changing any settings.

I'll see how things go in the next day or two...

Thanks Andrew,

Not sure - were the psychic powers yours, mine, or somebody elses?
