Oracle EBS Bucket Report will not complete after upgrade from 11.5.10.2

I am the IT Director and have not coded in years. Lost a key person on staff to heart attack and am in a pickle over a few reports that are either terribly slow or won't complete at all. Please treat this as coming from a non Developer for as I stated... have not coded in years.

Experts can you please look at this Accounting bucket report and help me eliminate bottlenecks or design a more efficient fetch via cursor or????? Need help as auditors will be snooping around doing their deeds in new week or so and Accounting needs this report.

I'm guessing that you meant to attach a report to your post, but I don't see anything. As I recall, you have to put something in the description field for the attachment to work, so maybe you left that blank?

If it was working before and only change has been the database upgrade the first thing I would try is to VERIFY THE DATABASE

It is generally under the DATABASE menu

Another thing to check is after the upgrade to make sure all the indexed fields are still indexed.
