Outlook 2010 Different Domains - Combined PST = What Metadata Inside Message?

There are ways to deliver emails from different domains to a single PST so you can work completely out of one inbox.  What would be the metadata sent with each message?  Wouldn't there be traces of both domains inside?

Thanks,
