Dropbox Folder not showing in Windows explorer

Hi

A new shared folder that I created in my account at Dropbox.com is not showing
in my Windows Explorer in Windows 10. This has never happened before. How do I fix this?

Did you install Dropbox on this machine?

Are you logged into Dropbox on this machine so that it syncs?  Try logging out and back in again.

After the above, when you open Dropbox, it opens in Windows Explorer. Can you see from there where the location is.?
