Azure AD Login

I have users that are not part of a domain, they are in a work group.
I am using Windows 10 and can log into using a Azure AD login They have a  Azure AD account/Office 365.

My next question, these people work remotely all over the world.
How do I enable SSO, for them,   when they are not logging into a Domain.

We are not using Azure AD Connect, because they are NOT part of a domain.

If accounts are cloud only there is no SSO
SSO is available only when you have AD in place and if you can utilize that ID for login
One more definition of SSO is if u have multiple cloud apps in different cloud platforms and u r using azure account to logon those applications

You need to either build Ad connect / Adfs, provide those users Your domain id and then they can use it for logon
