Multi user QB access problems
I am running Quickbooks 2016, and as of this morning it began giving me an H505 error. This seems to have been caused by the 1709 Windows update. QB Server utility says the QBDBMgrN is not running.
Have you verified QBDBMgrN is running? It's in the "Services" administrative application...
Look under Services and restart the QB Services. We have to do this from time to time although less so with QB V2018

QGDBMgrN is not running, and when I force the program to run, it brings up a box with blank values.
Uninstall the QB Server Manager program and reinstall it. If you can restart the Server in between, that would be worth it.
Please show us the resolution you obtained. Thank you.
