I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open a new email.
Click into the body of the new email.
Click the Insert tab.
Click the Quick Parts drop down menu.
Right-click on top of one of the quick parts.
Select Organize and Delete.
This will open the Building Blocks Organizer.
Click on each Building Blocks (Quick Parts /Templates).
If a Building Block is corrupted it will give the Fields are nested too Deeply error. Click OK.
Click on the Delete button at the bottom.

This helped while someone had an issue with MS Word:
Try the following: Exit Word if it is running. Locate the Built-In Building Blocks.dotx file and rename it. Note that there are several building blocks files, one for each language. For US English Office 2010, you should find it in the C:\Users\Your_User_Name_Here\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks\1033\14 folder. After you have renamed the file, restart Word and see if the problem persists.
