Sorry, but SA is not a role but a login in SQL Server.
SA is a fixed system administrator login which cannot be removed or deleted only disabled.
SA must have a sysadmin server role which cannot be revoked or denied.
What is your exact problem or what kind of error message do you get?

SA is a login name as stated above by Máté.
Maybe you wanted to say sysadmin role instead?

Some one removed sysadmin role from my account. I would like to know if there is any to find out who was that.

Is there any query that I can run against that SQL server to find that information ?

No. It's too late now.
For future verifications, you can create a server trigger level to register all permissions changes. But this will only be valid for the future changes as changes made in the past can't be retrieved anymore.
