in my office when user try to connect to wireless through laptop  it doesn't authenticate to AD . it is happening for 100 users

Bit hard to advise without some more information about your topology and network design. My first GUESS would be that the RADIUS server is down.

A common, but not global way that this is often implemented in a Windows server environment is to use a RADIUS server.  Under Windows, this is part of the NPS server, so the server will have the Network Policy and Access Service role installed.
