Exchange 2016 DAG issue

My Exchange have 2 issues.

1. My Exchange 2016 is  on Windows 2012 R2 with DAG. While adding 2nd copy of server it says below error. seeding but fails after some time. Tried to delete second copy from server but no hope. Tried enabled circular logging and clear all log from primary then disable circular logging before adding second copy still fails. I have manually deleted some log files from master a month before while hardisk  become full with exchange logs, i feel  the problem starts  after. Please help

" The seeding operation failed. Error: An error occurred while performing the seed operation. Error: Failed to notify source server about the local truncation point. Hresult: 0xc8000713. Error: Unable to find the file"

2. My exchange backup solution is Veeam backup system. When I do a complete backup of my virtual exchange server on 2012 R2 is not clearing the transaction logs. it's a critical issue. please help

Hello,
You have broken the sequence of logs by removing it manually.

Error:
" The seeding operation failed. Error: An error occurred while performing the seed operation. Error: Failed to notify source server about the local truncation point. Hresult: 0xc8000713. Error: Unable to find the file"

How big is your database?
Solution I  prefer is: ( you need to make a call based on size of the database).

1) Remove all copies of the database.
2) Dismount the db and mount it.
3) Enable circular logging and let log purge on it own. Check any unwanted sequence of logs and delete it.
You may use VSStester script also to purge the logs.
Disable the circular logging once all logs are purged.
4) Delete all logs and edb file from second copy location, and add a new copy to a database.

Hi Lootah gas,
Did you dismount and mount the database after enabling circular logging?

If you have space please create a new database and move all mailboxes and move system/arbitartion mailboxes and delete the old one.
Which will save space as well as your have a healthy database.

Try below
disable circular logging on active copy
dismount the active database
Ensure that database is in the clean shutdown state with Eseutil, if not repair it
Then move all the log files to the separate location and mount the db
during mount operation, db should create any missing log files and now try to build passive copy
