Have tried installing manually from the mounted dvd virtual drive
Have uninstalled antivirus and tried
Tried installing from vSphere but only mounts (however another server on domain installed ok)
run setup.exe /c and setup.exe /a
Just starts install, starts copying files then rollsback
No error code

Hi Liciano, is there a simple place I can pull this from?
We are not the owner of the platform, just renting 'space'
They have had issues helping and have suggested a rebuild of server but trying to avoid this.

Regarding vmware environment only them can provide this information.
VMware Tools that you are trying to install you should have this information in the install logs.

What is the ESXi version? VM vHW version and also VM SO Guest? All that as influence to provide the proper answer.
