Need help with PowerShell script to export personal contacts from exchange 2010

Hello Experts - I have been working on a project to manually export personal contacts from Outlook 2010 to a csv file but I think there must be a smarter way to do this than going around to everyone's desk.  Is there a way to do this in powershell and get the same format I would doing it from Outlook manually?

Hi,
In the topics, you put Exchange, so I assume you would like to extract contacts from mailboxes stored on the Exchange server, right?
If my understanding is correct, you can export content of each user's Contacts folder into a separate PST file using the following command:
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox <username> -IncludeFolders "#Contacts#" -excludedumpster -filepath \\server\share\<username>.pst

Is it possible to export to CSV instead?  That is the format I need to do the import into another system.

This worked perfectly, thanks so much!  I will simply import the PST to my Outlook and export to CSV from there.
