Cannot edit header fields or supress a secton in Crystal XI R1

The crstal reports were created with Crystal XI R1 on a Windows  7 machine. The user has upgraded to a windows 10 machine 64 bit. When they open a file either on the server or their C drive it will open the report but not let them edit a header field. They can most times edit a text field on the detail line. They cannot suppress a section or they get the error message I attach. I have removed Crystal and reinstall it. I can take the same report and edit it on my windows 10 machine 64 bit. I have Crystal XI R2. Has anyone seen this problem before? I appreciate any help.
Thanks
Steve

I have been getting that a lot.  Usually when I try to drag a field onto a report.

I have no idea what the issue is but it started when I started using my Win 10 machine.  Suspect an issue between Win 10 and Crystal.

Have you installed your CR XI R2 onto his machine?  It is a free upgrade.

Thank you mlmcc.  I am going to upgrade by installing the SP4 full build then SP6 incremental build and see how that works. I will let you know if that works.
Thanks

Thank you mlmcc for you help. I installed Crystal R2 on the machine. I think it was a combination of Windows 10 and R! like you said. I also think another software we are currently using also cause the problem. The other software use crystal for report generation and I think soemthing did not register with it.

CR XI R1 was replaced almost immediately since it didn't like .Net Framework 2.0
