we have told clients to send mails only to email@example.com mailbox, from there it will forward to bbb@abc..com Mail Box. Here we have 2 issues when clients are sending mails to this mail box.
For e-mails with documents attached sent to mailbox from external users they are receiving autoreply, the text in the body of the mail is correct, but the message in the subject is out of office instead of Automatic reply
2. For e-mails with no attachments, there is no autoreply at all.
