"File too big" error when emailing from Iphone 6S

"File too big" email error is occurring for users we have just switched over to new Iphones, from Droids.  when sending emails from their old Motorola Droids, they did not have this issue - so it's something with the new Iphones, it seems.  They are using Exchange email accounts from IPhone 6S phones.  any help is appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Mohammad - thank you for your help.  So - you think that there might be something wrong with the Exchange settings, even though the previous Android phones did not get this limit message?
Justin EvansCommented:
The Article from Mohammad is good,  the reason is the different way the old Motorola accessed Exchange,   probably through active sync which has settings for that.  Where as the IPhone probably uses Outlook on the Web For Exchange 2016.  There is differences between Exchange versions of what technologies enables the mobile phone to connect to Exchange.

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards
