DHCP Server logs - Audit Log Paused

DHCP Server Logs stop logging when the file reaches 10MB in size and at the end of it states "Audit Log Paused"

I've manipulated the registry value here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\ Services\DHCPServer\Parameters\DhcpLogFilesMaxSize and set it to 125 in decimal format.

Regardless of what size i've set -- the log caps out at 10MB and then pauses.

Any ideas?

try below cmdlet:

Set-DhcpServerAuditLog -ComputerName dhcpserver -Enable True -Path C:\windows\dhcp\dhcpauditlog\ -MaxMBFileSize 150

check audit path log in database properties and restart dhcp server service once

if above did not worked then...

Add the DHCP service (NT SERVICE\DHCPServer) with read access in the root of the partition

Alright I will give it a shot -- right now the logs are being sent to another partition instead of C: it's on like F:

Thank you everyone for the help. I ran the Set-DhcpServerAuditLog and it fixed it.

Thank you!
