Encrypt Azure Blob Storage using for Office 365 PST Import Service

I have below scenario

- Exchange Hybrid environment
      -Exchange 2013 On-Premise
      -Office 365 E3 Subcription

I have enabled Mailbox Encryption feature for my tenant and able to Encrypt the Exchange Online Mailboxes using DEP policies created.

I am using Office 365 Import Service to import my Archive PST files to Exchange Online Mailbox.

Using Network upload i am able to Import the Archive PST file successfully and able see the same in user mailbox.

As a part of Network upload I have to upload my Archive PST files to Azure Blob Storage using SAS url and Mapping the same to Office 365 User Mailbox.

Refered following url for network upload:-  https://support.office.com/en-us/article/use-network-upload-to-import-your-organization-s-pst-files-to-office-365-103f940c-0468-4e1a-b527-cc8ad13a5ea6

My question is

When i am uploading to Azure blob storage using SAS URL, is it encrypting the files uploading to to Azure blob storage?

Is it possible to encrypt the azure blob storage using for PST import service with my own HSM key?

Is there any other way to import PST files with encryptipon? except HDD shipping.
