"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Which tool are you using?
If you are using any tool with a GUI as SSMS, then you can just drill-down from the SQL Server instance, to Database and then you'll have all objects grouped by type (Users, Schemas, Roles, Tables, Stored Procedures, Functions, ....).

Jorge's solution only provides the existing objects from the default schema ('dbo'). If the database has more schemas, those objects won't be listed. It also doesn't list Users, Roles and Schemas.
