Should we upgrade from Citrix Xenapp 7.8 to 11?

We currently are using Citrix Xenapp 7.8.  Not having any problems, so my question is should we upgrade to 11?  If so why?

Why not 7.12, 7.13, 7.14.1, 7.15, or 7.16? Why stop at 7.11?

7.8 is called a Current Release and goes EOL 18 months after release. 7.8 was released in February 2016 which means it is now EOL and not eligible for support.

Sorry, did not realize there was  7.16 version.  Are there advantages over 7.8

Well, support for one. Plus lots of new product features and bug fixes. If you need Win7 or Server 2008 R2 support, you can't go any further than 7.15 which is an LTSR product and gets up to 10 years of support if you stay current on your licensing.
