Excel custom form with graph

Experts:

With the help of expert Bill Prew, I developed a custom form that includes data driven by values in one of the worksheets.  Here's what the XLS does:

1. Upon opening this spreadsheet, a custom form is automatically populated based on value in cells A2:B4.  
2. The same form can be opened when clicking on the "Open Custom Form".  
3. Both processes (1. and 2.) work as envisioned.

Spreadsheet Modification:
- I now have added some additional sample data in cells A9:A11.
- The same data is represented in the graph as well.

What I need some help with:
- If doable, I would like to include/replicate the histogram (graph) into the custom form.
- My question:  If possible, how do I modify both the form and VBA to show the histogram in the custom form?

I think the only way you can do this currently is with an image of the graph, not the graph itself.  Examples can be found such as in these links:
