Scheduling or delaying delivery of Outlook email merge created in Office 365

User needs help with a Mail merge to Outlook on Windows 10, with Microsoft Office 365.   They don't want the emails to go out immediately.  And they want to have an attachment to be part of the Mail Merge.

How can this be done?

I don't have a way to test this, but if you are using paid office365 with Exchange, this may be possible https://support.office.com/en-us/article/delay-or-schedule-sending-email-messages-026af69f-c287-490a-a72f-6c65793744ba

When you compose the email, there is a more options tab that will open up the ability to delay the mail.
