I have a SharePoint 2010 site and had a question on the permissions groups.<br />
<br />
I have added to the site the 'everyone' group which includes every authenticated user - they have read and edit permissions.<br />
<br />
With this, I would like to add another group called 'Accounting' which includes some of the people from the 'everyone' group but only give them read permissions.<br />
<br />
Is there an easy way to ensure that the Accounting group, although they may appear in both groups, will only have read rights?<br />
<br />
The reason I ask is I cannot control the 'Everyone' group.
