Issues accessing a local WordPress page on the LAN

I am trying to set up a WordPress site on our LAN.  Installed WAMP and WordPress on the server that the site will be accessible from (Windows Server 2012 R2).  When I try accessing it from another computer nothing comes up.  I can view http://serveripaddress/wordpresspage on the server but cannot view it from another machine.  What am I missing?

I can access the file system of the machine (our file server) via Windows Explorer on my machine.  Needed to allow Apache through Windows Firewall on the server.  Thanks!
