Analysis ToolPak error in Excel 2016

I'm using 2016 (O365) and when trying to enable Analysis Toolpak, I'm getting an error "Cannot run the macro 'GetATPUICultureTag'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled." I don't have any macros disabled. I'm able to enable the Analysis Toolpak - VBA and Solver Add-in with no errors.

Analysis ToolPak should not need to be enabled in 2016, it's Functions have been part of Excel's inbuilt Functions for some time.

So how to I enable the ribbon?
Roy CoxGroup Finance ManagerCommented:
I'm not sure what you mean about the Ribbon. You can use the Analysis Toolpak functions in VBA the same way you would use any other Function

I found what was causing me to get these errors. I unselecte the "Trust access to the VBA project object model" check box. This allowed the add-in to work.

I found the resolution to add the add-in
Roy CoxGroup Finance ManagerCommented:
You needed to do that for some specific code, nothing to do with Analysis ToolPak in my opinion
