Managing multiple projects tool

Wondering what other folks using to manage multiple projects.  Software or app, etc.
I want to find a mechanism to manage multiple projects on the high level.  Then dig into the individual project tasks and so on.
Anyone can share?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We use Jira https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira which gives you the ability to manage projects, track your project tickets, and also provides bug tracking. This might be tailored more for software development if that's what your looking for.

Thanks!  I remember we used it, but for helpdesk.   More like IT infrastructure projects.

If you expand your requirements you might get better suggestions.  Is this single user, or need to be used by a team?  Platform of windows desktop, cloud, other?  Cost constraints?  Attributes tracked, capabilities, reporting, etc.

There are a lot of project management solutions out there, hard to suggest one without more details...

Shared as a team as well, if need to.  Cloud would be great if I can keep it on a Drive or similar.
I found a Smartsheet.  Wonder if anyone used that for project mgmt?  Similar interface to the Airtable.

Your requirements are very vague, its impossible to guess what you have in mind.

Have you looked into Team foundation server? Its well integrated with other MS technologies.
